Growth Spurts (T)

Remarkably all four children have grown by 17 or 18 centimetres since 7/7/12.   In just under 6 months Eddie from 124 to 141, Sebastian from 111 to 129, Roo from 100 to 117, Stella from 90 to 107

UPDATE: this is complete rubbish of course, the chart we were using had fallen off and been put up about 15 centermetres too low.

By far the most enthusiastic artist in our little family is Reuben.  On a Saturday morning he might come downstairs, help himself to the art drawer and produce some piece of work with paint, pen, glue.   Reasonably tidy too.

Eddie at his new school (T)

Eddie has been at his new school for the last few weeks.  There has been no point when he has not lost either his sports bag, his sports kit, or his blazer, but they do tend to turn up again fairly quickly.

the woods (T)

on the way back from the dorset show, sebbie wanted to get out and explore the woods.  So Anita drove off with ed & stells, while Seb, Roo and I did some exploring.

we had to walk back home along the road.  The odd car passed us and we'd stand by the side of the road to be safe.   Once, there was a bug on the road, making his way across as a car came.  We stood to the side, and after the car left the bug was flattened down, he looked a bit crushed.  But he got up, and continued his journey.  "Thankfully", said Roo, "the pet survived."

The Reuben you see in these pics is only 3 and a half...you will soon see he has grown - we celebrated his 4th at his Forest birthday party on Monday...pics to come (once i remember how to download them!!)
