3 boys and a girl (A)

They call me Stella

Look at what I am given to play with... (and dressed in boys clothes I think!)

Swimming Lessons (T)

The older two have weekly swimming lessons, and each day during this one week half-term break. Much improved from a few months ago, Sebastian's ability now matches his confidence, and Eddie's confidence now matches his ability....

The drama of being a child (A)

Or: The Agony and the Ecstasy.

I was going to put 2 shots in here to record Reuben's 3rd haircut. The crying one and then the gleeful one. But as I looked through the sequence I realised I had to share our experience more deeply with you.

Little man, back at home

Bits and pieces (A)

Hi, Stella here. This is the pub where we had my baptism lunch. It is opposite church. I came here when I was 2 days old! Oma didn't think it was a good idea, but my mum and dad seemed to think it was. That was Easter Sunday 2010. Now I am 10 months old!

Here is my beautiful dad.

He feeds me.

He sometimes still feeds Eddie too.

Reuben did not stay still to eat.

Here I am doing something weird with my hand.

Hi, it's Anita here now. Our Christmas tree has been relegated to the terrace. Meanwhile, down below in the garden (or 'magic land' as we sometimes call it) the family plays. Toadstools used to grow in the spot where Stella sits.

Stella can sit up in the bath.

Showing off at her 10 month check. Lovely limbs picking up some rays. Admirer looking on, gazes infatuatedly into camera.

Had to pick up Eddie from school during the day, he had a high temp. Fell asleep in the sun on the way home. Might be almost 6 but not too old for the stroller when it's necessary.

....Hello STELLA!

Waitrose sponsors.... (A)

If you look closely at the picture you can see, next to ravenous Reuben, a tiny Eddie. Waitrose stores give to charities and worthy causes every month. Customers get a green token when they shop and can choose which charity to support. This month Eddie's school is in the competition (coming second so far!!)...and they are using photos from their website, which include this one of Eddie!!!!!

Obviously I have been shopping at Waitrose daily to accrue green tokens....it is a great system though, because they divide £1000 between the 3 causes, proportionately to the numbers of tokens given....so each group always gets something. Phew!
