becca learnt a theory last week about where we look when answering a question - up and to the right, down and to the left etc.
looking up before answering a question supposedly means you are visual thinker and picture something to recall it before answering. i'm a visual person apparently. this video is very cute! Bx
i heard the theory that if u look to the right when answering a question you are making it up, and if u look to the left u r trying to remember something (left/right brain stuff, whatever) and that it's one of the things they look for in body language when trying to ascertain if someone is lying or not (criminals, etc)
actually aunty irene was trying to avoid the bowl cut...i think it has settled into a more ruffled looking fringe....but we'll keeep an eye on it

Yes, I've read in detective novels that looking up in one direction means truth, the other is a lie. Have forgotten which. Think it was a Kate Atkinson novel
