On Saturday we took a speedy train down to the south coast of England to visit the Buckton family. Tilly is now 3, and very very sweet. She brought out lots of baby toys for Eddie, and we all went for a walk on the windy seafront. Poor Tom forgot his thermals and was very keen for us to get back indoors. Dale has done up the house fantastically - see the new kitchen! It was Dom's birthday on Sunday so we celebrated, with cake.

I do love your blog, Anita, and knowing so often what you are doing and what Eddie's up to. I am v envious of your gallery, library trips, etc, but glad to see Eddie's avid interest, except in the case of modern art. love, G
