ps on the topic of Grandma and planes, Tom, do you remember, when you were 4 and i was 5, on the plane from London to Sydney with Grandma, you and I very loudly singing 'Farewell to olde England forever...' eagerly hoping the entire plane would join in, and Grandma being quite cross with us?

I vaguely remember that slightly confusing association with 'farewell to olde england', which somehow seemed to be written for us, but I have obviously blanked out our grandmother's anger.
