Sebastian and I did a day trip up to Oxford this week. It is beautiful. We parked out of town and took the 'park and ride' bus into the centre - I am old enough to have given up resisting the resistance that places like Oxford place on motorists.

Of all of the car repellent tactics employed by English towns, I think Oxford has the worst combination for motorists. Horrible. Takes an hour to drive there and then an hour to sit in a one-way system queuing for a car park...

I imagine for Sebi the park-and-ride was more fun anyway.
