...at your request (A)

HELLO AUNTY RACHEL

9pm, wed 28th jan, i am 6 and a half months old - this is me in my bouncy chair with my teething ring, in the kitchen listening to radio 3. the big boys have gone to bed and mum and dad are relaxing. i saw my cousin elijah today and we both ate pureed bolognase. my uncle dave bathed me, and my mum has to cut my nails every few days. i like being a 3rd child, so much to see...

i sleep on a sheep skin rug in the lounge room and have still to learn to sleep through the night. i do not like solids as much as milk

sometimes they ignore me here, but then other times i get lots of kisses from my big brothers who say 'it's okay bubba, it's okay'

Oh thank you!
He is very lovely, isn't he? And it is good to get to know him this way.

Roo, you're right: there are many blessings to being the third child. Especially when you have such wonderful big brothers. (But we do have to stick up for each other!)

he is so lovely.

I am in the third-child gang too. When i asked my parents for a baby photo of me, they couldn't find any!! :)

it is fun though. like you said, having those older siblings to dote on you and play with you.. and distract mummy and daddy so you can get away with all sorts! ;)

what a lovely smiley Roo!
with such blue eyes... and his hair still seems to have a little touch of red! is that right, or is it just the light? would be funny if you ended up with the full set among your three boys!

K xx
