We had our windows cleaned recently, greatly improving the light in our flat.
As you can see (i) Eddie enjoyed watching from a safe distance (ii) if you know how high our flat is, this guy is not really on the right page for health and safety.

health and safety is either totally ignored (like mr window cleaner here) or completely blown out of proportion (like the royal mail run that was cancelled in rural Wales because the posty could potentially slip on a muddy patch!)
Terrifying! I'm with Eddie - I'd be hiding behind the bed.
